I don't usually do reviews for placed but I have to say that the amount of help Justine and Jason did to make a bad experience turn into a good one. I would recommend dealing with them or even ken they are all awesome.

The most excellent experience we've ever had at Zales! Krista & Allie are very professional and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend! My fiancé and I are very particular and they both worked with us and helped us to find our perfect wedding bands! Allie showed me and took the time to help me find diamond studs ( surprise for my fiance) They took their time to show us pieces and did comparison for certain pieces until we found the perfect ones! We are very pleased and will be back. Wonderful experience !

My fiancé and I went to pick out my engagement ring and Justine was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was thorough and gave us great info! She recommended different rings to us after we told her the style we wanted and the price range we were looking into. She even suggested alternative styles we may be interested in just to see what’s out there. She recommended a ring that looks better than the original one that I had in mind as if she read my mind and we are very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend seeing Justine if you go to Zales in Providence!

Amazing service and stunning pieces. Kenny Nicole Justine and Ana you guys are the best. Every time we come in you treat us with best customer service, even if we are just looking. Your guys took your time to help me and my husband with absolutely amazing pieces at the Dana Augustine show. I recommend for all of you jewelry needs to come to this Zales location. Had such a sweet experience at this store! One of the store associates there is named Leila, & she was so thoughtful & friendly. She did not put any sort of pressures on us while we were looking around. She even offered to wash my wedding ring (that I didn’t buy from this store) for free while we were looking around. I didn’t accept her offer right away & I even told her that I likely wasn’t going to buy anything—but she insisted on making my ring sparkle regardless. We did end up finding something we really liked & Leila helped us out! Thank you Leila for showing us so much kindness! Alexis! Perfect salesman! VERY personable and knowledgeable about precious metals carried and the difference between them all! Very professional and well spoken! So a few weeks back we went ring shopping for a wedding band for my husband, after 17 years of marriage decided he wanted one. Went to providence place to start our search, first store we visited was Zales, once there we had Jason Aguilera came over and greeted us, he was so nice and personable, had great, great, energy! My husband ended up purchasing a bracelet, and we said we were gonna look around the mall first. Next we walked into Kay jewelers and were in there for literally 5 min totally different energy, walked right out and went to another store, same thing- at that point we made a B line and headed back to Jason. The Minute we came back he was finishing with some customers and told us he would be right with us. We began talking, and looking at rings. He showed us so many rings, we spent about 2 hrs or so with him, I even got into the action and tried some on. I can say that Jason was wonderful, he took the time to make sure we got what we wanted, he also helped us get the best items in our price range. We chose ring that my husband and I are very happy with. Today 2 weeks later we went to pick it up and the minute we walked in Jason said “hi Luis and Bonny”, (didn’t expect him to remember my name- since I did not purchase anything - but wow he did!). For me it’s the small things that count, the attention to detail, this young man truly cares not only about his customers but about getting you want you truly want so you truly love it. THANK YOU JASON!!!! you made our shopping experience such a wonderful one. Anyone looking to make such a purchase I recommend you go and visit Jason at Zales in the providence mall - you will not be disappointed! Jason- I will be back for my ring next time!
